Lord Hanuman is epitome of “Bhakti”. There is no difference between him and Lord Ram who is nothing but para-Brahma (Absolute Truth). To teach “Bhakti” to all of us Para-Brahma has incarnated as Lord Hanuman. He is so powerful yet humble. Vayu Purana talks about his power: Power of 10000 Elephants is there in Eiravata – The Royal  Elephant of Lord Indra. Power of 10000 Eiravata is there in Lord Indra. AND power of 10000 Indra is there in one Vellus hair of Lord Hanuman.
According to Valmiki Ramayana’s (Uttar Ramayana) Brahmrishi Agastya while talking to Lord Rama, he explains the power of Lord Hanuman. O Ram! please listen how much your devotee Hanuman is powerful. Lord Indra use to collect flowers every morning in Lanka for Demon King Ravana and he was making garland for him. He used to get abused by Ravana daily. This tells Ravana was very powerful, Mightier than Lord Indra. During the battle in Lanka, Hanuman has hit Ravana with left hand and due to which all of his ten heads were bleeding. Hanuman was very angry. He told Ravana, it’s your luck that I did n ’t hit you with my right hand otherwise you would have killed. I don’t want to take this opportunity from my Lord Ram. Hence you are spared. He was among the few in Ram’s army who was capable of killing Demon King Ravana. This tells us how once could be grounded (humble) despite of all might he has. It is only possible when you know TRUTH and completely surrender to it. So this was the power of Lord Hanuman. He is Very powerful in this Universe. All positive powers resides in him. He is pinnacle of positivity.
He has shown his power of wisdom when he went out to search for Maa Sita. Especially when he was crossing the ocean and faced obstacles from Mainak Parvat, Sursa – she was demon with extraordinary power he was able to defeat Demon Sursa.  The way he managed Mainak Parvat, Simhika Demon - who use to catch anyone by catching shadow and Lankini – one of the fierce and mightiest demon who was protecting the boundary of Lanka (i.e Atlantis Lanka), it tells the story of his might and extra ordinary wisdom.

He has shown path to us how to be one pointed towards goal / Supreme as well as at the same time how to be humble always, No Matter how much intelligence and might we have.

Meaning of Satguru and Meeting his Satguru the immortal Babaji : Yogiraj Satgurunath

(Excerpt from the Books "Gurunath Gita" &  “Babaji The Lightning standing still” written by Our Master Yogiraj Satgurunath Siddhanath)

Satguru:
The Satguru is one who brings to light the gravity of spiritual knowledge inherent in man.

The word Sat means “Truth” and Guru means “Spiritual gravity”. If we go deeper into the meaning of Guru, Gu is derived from Guhya, which means “hidden knowledge of spiritual gravity” and Ru means “Light of knowingness”. So the Satguru is He who brings to light the Gravity of spiritual knowledge of God inherent in Man.

The Satguru has the magnetism to attract deserving Souls and thereby enable them to tread the path of spiritual evolution. This statement applies not to the masses who are taken care of by the Guru-teachers, but to the sincere disciples who are ready to tread the Solitary path to God by laying their lives on the line.

“Laying one’s life on the line” means breathing the kundalini life-breath in the line of Vajra nadi (channel), the central channel within the Sushumna channel, which is within the channel of the spinal cord.

On meeting Babaji

It was the year 1967 when I began my quest and journey to meet this Great Being. He is the Nameless One, yet people call him by many names. He is the Visible-Invisible Saviour of Mankind.

As I walked into the rarer regions of the Himalayas, its very vastness made my mind lose its boundaries to give way to knowingness of Babaji’s Presence, which seemed to say to me; “I am everywhere, I am nowhere, and I am now here.

I was searching for and yearning for the Visible-Invisible Saviour. I travelled to higher Himalayas from Rudraprayag to Badrinath. After staying there for few days to acclimatize, I proceeded to walk towards Charan Paduka. The cave which I was headed to was “Jhilmilee Gufa” located near the Neelakanteswar Mountain. As I climbed towards the Babaji Cave, climb became steeper, my awareness became deeper and entered a new dimension, which made me more aware of my consciousness and less of my mind. The borders between the mind and consciousness disappeared as I trod into another worldly dimension. But as I walked forward, I saw a young girl or 12-14 years of age. She stood with such confidence that the world seemed to belong to her. She was smiling at me and I felt I had become a two-year-old child. My Mind opened up to a vision that she was an aspect of Divine mother in her Kanya form. I asked her “Do you know the way to Babaji’s cave?” She did not seem to respond to my question. She said, “Everything will be alright with you. Be happy, like me. See, I am happy”. I carried on my ascent to the cave of Babaji.

I was physically exhausted, but my spirit was enthused and fired by an incomprehensible delight. I lay spine for breather on the gentle slopes of the cave. At the same time, the sun set behind the clouds and it became chill and dark. After sometime, with my eyes closed, I beheld another light and I could not make out what it was.

“Ah The Sun has come back” I thought to myself.

To my thoughts a voice responded, “ Indeed, if you think it is the sun, it is.”

I saw a great Shimmering light filling the whole area of my consciousness as well as outer space. I saw the lightless light, the spiritual aura. I then did the Shastanga Namaskara. Lost in wonder and in awe, I asked Him. “ Who are You?” He said, “whoever thou thinkest me to be, that I am for thee.” My innermost intuitions told me that though my ego was limited to certain deities like Shiva, Ganapati, Christ and Buddha. He is beyond these deities. He is the “Non Being Essentiality”. I saw him from my past life association with him and my lips took the proper shape and my voice said “ Shiva Goraksha Babaji”. No sooner had I said this, then his voice rang out in the firmament of my heart and in the surrounding mountains, “Tathastu, Tathastu!”

Later, as this soul returned after the experience of both his form and formless self, I felt, “Oh Babaji! The universe, a bubble in my consciousness, my consciousness a nothing in Thy Nothingness! Such is Thine ineffable majesty, no mortals, no angels, can describe. Only the Supreme Lord God may comprehend Thee, Shiva Goraksha Babaji, Thou about whom naught may be said!”.

His body, if we may call it so, appeared wet, as though he had a bath in the Alakhananda River, and yet was dry. Medium height and slender stature, both of which were lost in the splendor of his Aura, He wore a black buck skin with Kamandalu in his hand. I perceived that his feet were not touching the ground, but were a few inches above it. As I lost myself to myself in Him, the deathless fragrance of his body told me the tale of His immortality.
